Being able to print on these is difficult. Once I was finally able to create a template myself in an outside program, and spend hours matching up, just to have the print ink rub off after installing on our hard hats. I ordered these so I could print very name specific stickers without having to pay for an entire sheet for one employees name. As for the sticker itself. The peel very nicely, apply evenly without wrinkles.
